Some answers, in case they are yours

A refund

Apple and Google hold the payment, so they handle refunds and we cannot. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and history, find the order and tap Request a refund.

Getting your memories out

Open Settings, then Your data. The export is a single file holding your writing along with every recording, video and app-owned photo that is present. It needs no account and no reply from us.

Leaving the early list

Every email we send carries a link that removes you in one tap. You can also pick Privacy request above and say so, and we will do it by hand.
