Scope and eligibility
This website is intended for parents and other adult caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to request a launch update or contact Little Now through the site.
You may browse the public site without creating an account. The site provides product information, privacy and support material, and an email link. It does not currently create a paid contract, process a payment, or guarantee that the app will be available on a particular date, platform, country, or device.
Launch updates
The launch button opens a prepared message in your own email application. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. By sending that message, you ask Little Now to use your email address for the requested launch update.
You may withdraw at any time by emailing support@littlenow.app with the subject “Unsubscribe.” Marketing email will identify the sender and include a free opt-out method. The privacy notice explains retention and your rights.
App and store terms
When Little Now becomes available, downloading and purchasing through Apple or Google will also be governed by the applicable store terms and the terms shown with the purchase. Apple users are subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different agreement is shown. Google Play users are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Subscription price, billing period, renewal, trial, cancellation, and platform requirements must be shown before a purchase is confirmed. The relevant store handles billing and cancellation. Nothing in these website terms removes a refund, cancellation, conformity, or other consumer right that applicable law says cannot be removed.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- break a law or infringe another person’s rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the site’s security;
- send malicious code, spam, or deceptive communications;
- impersonate Little Now or misrepresent an affiliation with it;
- scrape the site in a way that materially interferes with ordinary access.
Reasonable indexing by public search engines and ordinary accessibility tools are permitted.
Ownership and permitted use
The Little Now name, logo, original artwork, website design, copy, and app screenshots are owned by or licensed to Little Now. You may view the site and share links to its public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other licence is granted unless applicable law allows the use without permission.
The website includes open-source fonts distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their copyright notices and licence are available in the third-party notices.
Third-party services and links
Links to Expo, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, regulators, or other third parties are provided for context. Those services control their own content, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not imply that the third party endorses Little Now.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the website accurate, available, secure, and accessible, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Product descriptions may change before the app launches. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Little Now is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, this free informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or personal injury where applicable law prevents exclusion.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Courts in Kuwait will have jurisdiction where the law permits. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and access to courts or regulators in your country of residence continue to apply when they cannot lawfully be waived by these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, app launch, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current version. A material change will receive additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already arose under mandatory law.
